those are probably all of the most expensive big box stores to go to, I use direct vendors and large wholesale orders to minimize my expenses usually saving me about avg 30% overhead cost as compared to what youll pay there

@Sayantan Satpati I am an investor/developer and agent but I loathe the term “investor friendly” as it gives me nightmares of dealing with somebody that is going to kick tires for two years in various different markets and kill twenty hours of my time before buying some **** box 4 plex in Indiana or Missouri because it cash flows an extra $129 a month.

@Aaron Port I was in the same box but I went to different lenders which showed different, maybe try local credit unions or smaller banks. you can try a hard money lender depending on how much time you need with the property.
