Housing, mobile home parks, self storage and industrial are good bets moving forward but you definitely want to steer clear of office and retail REITS 

You definitely can’t get agency paper so your looking in the right place (portfolio lenders)

Hey folks,I have an interesting opportunity to purchase multiple mobile homes for ~$500 a piece, rehab them for ~$3000 to $4000 and then flip them for $6000 to $10 000. 

Turned out it was a mobile home that had mad made to look like a mobile home.

Should we contact any other agencies, like Health and Human Services or the Department of Families?
