But look at the bright side, the value of the dollar has gone up from 7.5 rand to just over 10 rand per dollar in just a couple months so you may be buying at a discount, and they will be hosting the 2010 soccer world cup so they're in the process of trying to clean up everything around the venues before they shut the country down...

I’m surprised this thread hasn’t gotten more attention or responses, as it seems to me to be a big deal to discover a legitimate way to protect California real estate assets without being subject to the $800 franchise tax fee (which tends to be discussed so much in BP forum threads).
