There is a Realtor Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation that some Realtors earn. 

You can also partner with others ... and might require some legal structure around it.

Ignoring the age old debate of wholesaling legality, I would say, just be honest and upfront about it to your sellers, and buyers.I made 3 deals wholesaling and got $43K out of it.Never give up never surrender and you will look just like me!

Eh I don't care its legal all over now.. but if they have a 550 fico and cant explain it ( like it happened because of 08 to 2010 that's a problem) also non payment of support for kids.. don't want to do business with any of those dead beats LOL.. you know what I am saying..
