When it happens our staff is not going to get upset and think of it as a blown day.

The title company does need to have an attorney on staff (not all do). 

They want a trusted professional who’s established with business systems and staff in place.Sounds like trouble to me…

My experience with out of state is you want to find a property manager that either has their own crew on staff or that is willing to take on the responsibility of also maintaining the rentals.A good property manager makes all the difference.
