For the commercial side they have a different individual who handles those loans and while I haven't closed on larger deals with them I imagine based off of my experience that they will be just as professional in the larger deals.

@Tamara Smith are you are trying to purchase cash with 160k Miami/Ft Lauderdale would not fit in there so I would say Clearwater beach or Destin area (preference to Clearwater).

However, in our experience, while you may mitigate the cupping/buckling, you will not prevent it ... though you may prevent mould growth.My preferred floorings in bathrooms are (in order): {porcelain} tile (particularly with in-floor heat), linoleum (not to be confused with vinyl for which the term linoleum is frequently misused); or {loose-laid} vinyl sheet or vinyl plank.

The security deposit goes with the lease/property not with the individuals that are on the lease.

Land will be used mostly to store materials/automobiles, but he would like the option of also setting up a new office on the location, so if there is a small building in place, that may be preferred.

You could put the water in your name and then charge the water individually to each unit.
