The way I interpret it is, if you as the landlord pull a credit score of the applicant, you must then ask them why it is what it is...seems like this pertains to past evictions and other aspects as well...the ordinance does not clarify what type of 'additional information' and 'history' would categorically allow a landlord to reject a tenant's application

They're currently getting ready for the NFL draft as well.

Your long term plan will help make these decisions as well.

Check to see if they are well and septic or city water and sewer.

Rents will continue to rise over time as well.

If they pass the background check and show income, then well OK.

They will also have tight guidelines and likely the borrower will need to be very well capitalized and qualified.
