If you have experience with Marketing, Communications, Outreach, Coordination,etcI would reach out to the 2-3 people organizing real estate networking events in your area and mention to them that you will help him in the following ways1) Help grow their networking event2) Stay 2-4 hours before, during and after their networking event to help setup, welcome and cleanup.You will be able to pick the brain of the person organizing the event on a personal level. 

I’m really sorry but we highly encourage purchasing travel insurance in the event your trip is interrupted by a flight cancellation (..or, whatever is causing the interruption).

You could also consider renting the land to event planners or other businesses that need a large outdoor space.2.

Networking with investors at local meet up events might be a good option to see if someone can point you in the right direction!
