You'll get more accurate advice and answers, and they will probably be more willing to work with you and guide you in the right direction if they have documentation to look at (tax returns, W2s, amounts you paid for each property, taxes, insurance costs, estimated rents and completed values, etc).

Then once you are working on the deal, you'll continue to update the numbers to make sure you are tracking.Good you are getting GC costs, but make sure you get all your soft costs, insurance, architect, CE, MEP/S, soils, environmental (Phase 1) if needed, condo map completion, dept. of real estate condo map sales process costs, etc.My observation at this point is that my ability to guide you through the process via BP posts will be very limited.

I get paid as the days go by example if somebody books it for a week and they start Monday I get paid that Monday and for the whole week for that customer.I typically charge on one of my cabin $100 a night so it's very profitable better than long-term renting.
