I’ve looked at the lease templates provided by Zillow and Apartments.com because I like the digital signature functionality but there is really no room to customize the lease.

They are older, with no amenities, have high deferred maintenance, functional obsolescence, and the tenant base can be very challenging and very management intensive.

I also greatly enjoy taking a forgotten house and making it not only livable again but also more modern and functional.

Use the search function and see what I'm talking about.

It's fully functional and safe.

You can also check if they offer any financing options to make the purchase more affordable.Consider buying scratch and dent appliances - These appliances may have minor cosmetic imperfections but are otherwise new and functional.
