Ideally, 4 or more bedrooms can get you the most bang for your buck from an occupancy standpoint, but this will more than likely increase your purchase price.

Hi AJ, Great info- Majority of our investor buyers have elected to go the route of DSCR financing as apposed to a full documentation conventional loan due to the pricing being similar even at higher loan to values. 

I found some properties in Myrtle Beach that were priced very reasonably, and the property taxes are way lower here compared to Austin. 

We found one for the price of 1.9 million.
