Going from $0 on me, limited Engliah, to college grad from a top college, and my own private equity firm, I pushed my limits to achieve every day.

Do I have to become apart of that firm? 

I purchased my first duplex in June of this year, and I am evaluating conducting a cost segregation myself OR hiring a firm to complete it.

We have a Real Estate Investor friendly firm.

I was connected with an agent who heard of this deal in his firm.

The address associated with that listing comes up with a CPA firm in California. 

I'm a firm believer in buy as early and often as you can as long as your personal situation won't be effected by being aggressive.If you don't use your current property for funds, with no immediate cash to work with we'd have to be creative in how you go about getting the 2nd one.

The more I think about buying up a bunch of houses in MO and managing a PM firm from the other side of the country, I just don't know...)I appreciate all your responses, they certainly help me weed through this huge life decision!!

I agree with the earlier posts regarding some of the commercial real estate brokerage firms research like Marcus & Millichap, IRR, etc., which are great sources for annual, semi-annual & quarterly analysis.
