Has anyone experienced this management transition and can comment on any lessons learned/ mistakes to avoid?

The insurance agent tells me that if the condo is vacant (eg. while finding first tenants or while in-between tenants), the landlord policy will not cover the condo if an event happens at the condo (eg fire or other peril).

All modern furnaces have more repairs because of the complexity involved in safety and efficiency.I have proactively replaced 40 year old HVAC systems, because it always seems they go out in the cold of winter or heat of summer - at the worst time!
