And also, I'm an industrial designer which is more fine arts based.... drawing and making prototypes by hand so not so much engineering (I do get that a lot though) so not exactly the same but I do relate with you in the risk averse area ;) Thank you so much for your help.

It's an iOS8 issue not specific to iphone6 as my wife's iPhone5c worked fine until we upgraded the software to iOS8.

I will say that substitution of notes is a very difficult thing to do, similar and at the option of another is fine if accepted, but it's not the same investment, risk, maturity, the UBP won't be the same but that can be adjusted, credit standing and likelihood of refinancing may not be the same (a note paid off early increases the yield of a discounted note).

There are plenty of folks who stay away from condos because of the lack of direct control due to the HOA but if it's a larger complex with stable management and a businesslike approach to capex and maintenance I think you could do fine.
