I think you should shop around to see if you can get a better rate on your refi.

Not an email blast shopping for a buyer.If its been on the MLS for a while don't forget the MLS is retail prices.

This gives them time to do some comparison shopping and make an informed decision.  

Generally these management companies can put you in touch with property owners they know to be "shopping" assets.These businesses also interface between owners looking to develop new properties and VC or other private capital.

So if you are interested in attending, vote on this post or send a quick reply so i can get a count of interest. we have a coffee shop in the old market willing to donate their space and my wife is going to be the volunteer barista, so there will be no cost for entrance , i just encourage you to get a coffee or a pastry/snack just to help the owner! 

If I can finish the building six months faster than stick build, that will equate to several hundred thousand dollars in additional revenue, that I could never recover if I built it the old fashioned way.
