What part of town is it in?

They always know a guy, who knows a guy in the next town over, that went to High School with his sister, and works on volunteer fire squad with a good friend of his brother's.

My partner and I recently landed 10 town homes under contract, all 1000 sqft, 2BR, 1.5 bath. 

They all seem to be tied to the larger offices (Remax; Shorewest; First Weber) I'd prefer an 'a la carte' agent/broker - is there such a thing in Milw or is that too 'new' for this ol' town? 

Even if it doesn't fit your needs right now you may end up with one hell of an education from meeting with a small town banker.Keep us posted.

Ok, so I'm closing on a townhouse this coming week and the lender I've used (small local bank in that town) has asked me if I want to open a checking account with them. 

Finally i would like to sell my current house and move to the other side of town.

I am in need of a new property manager/realtor in Miami, I have two town homes located in Silver Palms ( SW 112 ct ) .
