Not mutually exclusive of course, just exponentially more difficult. 

I believe a decent advisor can find a new home for a significant portion of the cash in equities that will give them an acceptable principal protected return with low fees.  

Has anyone had any experience with renting multiple properties to large companies or schools and becoming an 'exclusive' or official partner with that school or company?

From what I understand, the procedure is to give a notice to pay rent or quit, give the tenant 7 days to pay in full, and not accept any partial payments.

The "option" grants the grantor the exclusive right to buy that home for a specific price, over a specific period of time.

After getting my offer accepted on Dec 14th and having to go through the underwriting gauntlet ever since, I'm looking forward to finally closing and getting this property rented, and quickly!

hello everyone , just want to know how fellow wholesalers handle working with and agent that send over some non listed and listed properties . i want to know if the agent is putting in offers for you, do you let your buyers know before the property offer is accepted or after .

I did not accept the counter-offer, and rather scheduled a second visit. 

Unfortunately and too often this group is represented and accepted in the legislature and in the media as representing HOA home owner’s interests making awareness on the facts on this abusive practice difficult.
