Pay extraordinary fees from a private or Hard Money Lender today.

I don't know why choose to stay in something that makes 8% so they can save taxes today that they are going to pay taxes on in the future (when they are in a higher bracket).

My biggest hurdle I am facing is focusing on reading all the info I see, I guess I'm getting overwhelmed and ready to get started but, I also know, Knowledge is Education and do not want to dive in and Im not ready.

Today, I saw one of the dogs on the deck. (1) She wouldn't have been approved had we been included in the vetting process, but we don't want to evict her (unless she stops paying rent). (2) I do not like pit bulls and these dogs are pit bulls (not interested in discussing pit bulls or any dog breeds for that matter).What would YOU do in this situation?
