I got started the same way you did that was 16 years ago, bigger pocket did not exist back then but I had a mentor helped me to buy my 6 units. rei is a get rich slow game, you need to be patient. you are in the early stage of growing wealth. it takes time and effort to grow equity to eventually get into commercial property. it took your mentor 20 to own commercial property.
