What is the sense if we are in a twenty year Deflationary period like Japan just went through because we are doing exactly the same things that Japan has done to try to "create" Inflation?

Hi Amiris,Thanks for your comment.We launched like 2 weeks ago with a half A$$ed website and ZERO marketing and already recruited 7 agents.I have had VC's throwing money at me like crazy but we are looking at bootstrapping for now until we prove the concept and maybe raise money on our terms.Looking at including all of these things in our online platform:Live support, training and “How To” video’s, various marketing templates, a CRM database management software, a DIY social media account set up, a DIY personal website set up, create own Dotloop signature tool, online continual education courses and a full blown real estate library of videos, tips, webinars, courses, etc..I'm super excited about this mate and believe it to be the new revolution of real estate brokerages Thanks again

I'm excited by the residential and commercial real estate market of Southern California, and want to begin to explore investing while continuing to focus on my career in hospitality operations & sales/branding & entrepreneurship.I focus on opening and building operations and sales systems for event spaces, specifically venues converted from industrial buildings and independent, site-specific hotels and restaurants looking to create or repair revenue streams from weddings, corporate parties, workshops, and in-house programming.

Its great to see a young individual creating a portfolio early on. 

Then you can expand this strategy to different markets and track ROI on each individual campaign so you know your money is being spent wisely.

Rewarding tenants for good behavior (i.e...doing what they should be doing) just creates the expectation that they will get something every year.

They're probably not reporting your money to the government, which could create tax problems for you down the line, and by not having a contract they are less bound to the job and more free to walk off when they want.

This is what I have come up with for myself.I am going to specialize in FSBO properties, buy and hold/flip investors, facebook ads, and FB group posts for buyer leadsI created a pretty lengthy "how to sell your home" guide for FSBO properties, I plan to stay in front of other agents by actually knocking on doors, and delivering the guide to them in person, and then using that to set up a follow up appointment when I can deliver a free CMA. 

I'm here to basically soak up as much information as possible while creating great connections in the industry.
