Hi BP:I am creating a landing page both for people looking to rent from us but also from potential deal leads.

I'm likely going to be a Trustee and I'm wondering if there is any financial advantage to my Dad creating a corporate entity and transferring the house to the company, and then the company to the Trust. 

I'd love to have side-by-side wall-mounted units to free up basement floor space, but this would be my first time with combination units and I assume they're not all created equal.

I disagree as to me they are both needed, but I understand that for some it may not be necessary due to their threat level.Also using entities will create additional costs (creation, maintenance fee) and additional administrative burden to keep its protection veil intact (multiple bank accounts, paperwork trail, tax reporting).

Then any time you spend from a column you enter that as a negative.For clarity sake I also found that this go to be a lot of extra work as you are essentially creating a budget and then tracking your spending relative to that budget.

@David Kerr You can create higher equity position with 15 year fix and higher passive income with 30 year fix although this is not true in all loan scenario.
