Here are two of my favorite lease clauses that should help you. a.Landlord informs the Tenant that the sewer system of the Premises is not designed to accept many types of items, included but not limited to, paper diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons, and children’s toys, balls of hair, grease, oil, table scraps, clothing, rags, sand, dirt, rocks or newspaper.

He told me how they stole from him, they acted like a bunch of children, everybody was doing something to everybody else ... absolutely not worth the brain damage.I mentored my sister from knowing nothing about re to being a successful broker working for herself, done well over 50 deals at this point, successful by any standard.

I did purchase some cheap lots that were resold..but of course there are more challenges and less demand for land...especially for land that isn't in the middle city..

But what I'm finding challenging is just getting the chance to pitch the service to new agents beyond those I already have a relationship with.I've come up with some ways to make my service easily accessible, including offering every new client a free sample set of tours and also offering a "don't pay until the property sells" deal where I cancel all fees if a listing fails so the agent is risking money on a deal that doesn't pay off.
