Jimmy Young start in wholesale business but wondering

So all I brought to the table was like $6,500 (plus the deposit on file) on a $110K purchase.Typical stuff you see with 70% of purchase plus rehab costs would have meant more like over $40K with 30% down and closing costs.

So bird dogs bring me a bunch of leads, and if i wholesale one of those, i will pay them since they brought the lead to me.

That said, she agrees that current rent is too low and needs to be brought much closer to market level and indicated that her thought would be to step it up to normal levels over a couple months if they decided to stay.

Just had heard about it so maybe you would be interested.In addition Justin above hosted his quarterly networking event last month at a project he had just finished in Reading, and told me that he will try to do that again for some of the future meetings.The NEREIA in Chelmsford had some members host a meeting at a finished project in Lowell Last summer/fall.The Boston AREIA has had no less than 3 different events in the past year or so where members let people come and look at projects and answered questions and stuff about them.A very successful local investor has a couple of times the last few years done a "Bus Tour" where he brought people out to various properties and went though his evaluation process with them.

We don't have a limit on the number of residential mortgages over here yet but there is big talk of some kind of limit being brought in soon so would like to get a step ahead of the market.We currently control 24 rental incomes, have a management business that runs 250 properties, have this last year or so started a small construction renovation business to support this and have been involved in a number of committees and boards.
