I utilized it each time when i move in or out to abstain from bringing on future problem.This instrument give detail and straightforwardness to me when i move in or out.

We are not allowed to collude to set prices (price fixing) but we can individually choose to not work for a commission that we personally deem too low.So while it's little work to set up a search and spit out a general, automated CMA, it's still not too attractive to look at 1% when 2.5%+ is likely with a good deal that comes up.   

That's not to say don't invest in the S&P, it's just a totally different instrument.
