I know wholesalers who have focused their entire business model around getting properties under contract at a price that is attractive to investors.  

The thing that makes Transactional Funding so attractive is that it is 100% funding covering your purchase price plus closing costs.

The vacation rental is attractive to us, but we won't use it as we live just down the road.

Laminate that is durable and attractive would be a better choice.Look for a wholesale discount store for best prices.

Also some of the larger homes or estates with the large lots will be very attractive to people wanting "Estate like" homes for a better value. 

You want to make it attractive to the buyer or at least allow them to visualize what may suit their needs best.

Daniel Krantz I'm investing in west haven for several reasons my area is close to university of new haven so I can rent to students, taxes are not too high like new haven so you can cash flow more, you can be near the beach in a mile so that's attractive to buyers, my area is between Milford and westville (new haven) and these two are good areas.

I think for a part of your portfolio, investing in apartment syndications is an attractive proposition, especially if you want to diversify out of state and have no time or interest to be active.

That would really attract some attention.
