I am a minor and really want to start wholesaling but is unsure if its legal

I haven't found a property that I like to invest yet, but I want to identify the lenders, get pre-approved and get all the paperwork done and out of the way.

You will want to consult both a CPA (for tax implications) and a business lawyer to help set up the legal structure and documents in order to do it propertly.

They had two people living their without my written approval (which is required per the lease).
