If so, what was you process in analyzing if the process was worth it and the actual costs associated with the changes?

Lastly, I have analyzed a few deals and considered getting into some, but haven't pulled the trigger yet.My main goal - first year - is to net a gain of $3000 a month in cash flow.

I've been talking with some people about tenant retention and I'm hearing both sides of the story.Some don't analyze it too much, but others focus on improving it maniacally.

I'm surprised no one has analyzed NRIA's finished projects and their current market prices.

What you might want to do is check out the tab above "analyze".

@Rob K I often wonder why people cant put the negative effort into positive things.Anyone on this thread who says the cops aren't doing their job doesn't know or understand the law.Cops should not and cannot be in the position of analyzing a deed and determining ownership.
