However, I'd convert the 2 lower units to a 3/2 for myself and my children to live in.Would the fha approval go off of what the county states, as the property only having 4 units?

I don't necessarily want to make billions of dollars I really just want enough to buy the house I've wanted since I was a kid and have enough to live comfortably the rest of my life.

You can still get an FHA loan on those if you live in one unit as your primary.

Their pitch is great, but I'm wondering if anyone can attest to the 50/50 split, did you feel the net profit was fair, were there any additional or increased fees tacked on at the end to take away from the net profit... and if you feel that the value you get from them is worth the investment?
