@Rosaria I have been burned so many times and lied to, I do pre screen over the phone and also check their social media.

I guess if worst comes to worst, I can just keep the cash flow going into retirement, but having 85% of my social security taxed isn't something I'm looking forward to. 

Without a shift at that level, most of the major changes Beshear would be in favor of supporting will be hard to pass.There could be ripple effects into the rental market if social service agencies see changes in their funding levels from the state.

Besides the BP forums, how can the major social media sites such as instagram, facebook, twitter, linkedin etc... be of use to a real estate professional or real estate investor?

I find that spending occasional time enjoying hobbies or social activities outside of doing Real Estate makes me feel relaxed and refreshed.
