Hi All,How much do you guys usually approximately pay for labor (not counting the material) to do a full interior remodel of a single wide 14x70 three bedroom mobile home?

The neighborhoods vary and most properties require significant rehab but hey also sell remodeled homes for owner occupants.

I added value by remodeling the whole place.

:) I work for a remodeling contractor in Loudoun, so I have the experience managing jobs, doing carpentry work, connections with subs etc, so I’m hoping to find local deals I can find to BRRRR that will cash flow.

We did a full remodel of the drug side, moved the resident over with a trial period for keeping his side clean (he later agreed to get a regular cleaning person), and fully remodeled the other side.

We are doing bathroom remodels, flooring work, deck repair/replacement and some minor plumbing issues. 

Though not intentional at first, over that time I became somewhat handy (I had 0 remodel/repair knowledge prior).

We did a full cosmetic remodel along with adding 2 more bedrooms and upgrading electric throughout.

I purchased a distressed SFH via conventional loan and remodeled while living in it for about 15 months.
