Its probably now been 7 years since the last time my property got tagged,  and the street activity has mostly moved further into the industrial parts or behind closed doors of RV's.   

When I spoke to the home owners, they we 80% packed.

They are packed full of info from real investors doing real deals.  

I will be able to do my own work, comps, see houses when I want etc.Second, I am gradually packing my golden parachute.  

We just wholesaled two large RV parks, one small MHP and have four more MHPs in the pipeline in the greater Houston area.

We finally came to an agreement that satisfied both our needs.Here is the deal:Purchase Price: $258,000Option Payment: $7,400Monthly Payment: $1850Lease Term: 3-yearAll of this was agreed to be paid in about a months time while I looked for a tenant/buyer and they have a chance to get packed up and out of the house.Although the terms may not appear to be the greatest, the main objective was to show that it is possible with no money down.

It's essentially a really fancy RV on RV hookups. it's movable on a trailer, parked on concrete and on additional supports.

Whatever we decide, we will definitely be looking in places where the wife and a I won’t be required to pack heat, lol.
