People watch these TV shows and think that house investing is easy money.

I have a number of friends who went to the protest as press or photographers and they confirmed this.

While less than 30 days doesn't create tenancy per code, you'll be hard pressed to find any  CA police dept that will enter and remove someone from a short term rental who claims rights or produces documentation.  

I am looking to advertise on TV and radio NYD wanted to know if anyone has tried that bad if they have found success VS cost?

,  no washer/dryer in the unit (ok, give them that), HOA fees too high (like i control that)then i gave it to my agent and she had luck. we had to lower the list price 2k, but got it done.all in all, not a bad payday, but i'd be hard pressed to do another one like that.
