Hello BP community, I've recently been having A internal debate with myself on how to proceed with the question I have stated above.

But this is what happened.The OP posted up the specialized code for Accessory Dwelling Units in his area that he had obviously never looked at, which contained answers to some of his basic questions, in reference to the International Residential Code, which he had also obviously never looked at.
