What was left at "headquarters" in San Mateo are a few highly intelligent Senior Engineers, a bunch of marketing folks who knew nothing, middle management that knew absolutely nothing, led by MBA senior mgmt that knew nothing about software development or engineering.

What I would do is consider whether or not the company is low, high, or in the middle and then choose the middle guy.If you check into all of these qualities when you are looking into hiring a Carpet Cleaning company you should have some major success in not only finding a great company but also creating a long lasting business relationship with a company that will serve you well for many years to come.
