Some are quiet, but... this isn't a hotel.

I have about 15 credit cards (business and personal) that I rotate my spending through, depending on which airline miles or hotel points I need.

Some hotel owners are putting away up to 3000 a month for one room totally tax free.  

They just get a new "poster boy" who's hot once the previous one has run its course.I think the previous "poster boy" was Robert Allen when his Nothing Down book was hot.I went to one of his hotel promotionals about a year or so ago just to satisfy my curiosity.Here's the formula:They get you to a free preview, or one that you pay maybe $100 to attend.Then, they upsell you to a 3-day program that's somewhere in the neighborhood of $600.There, they upsell you to something else that has tiers starting at about $5,000 and goes all the way up to $25,000.It's the same thing that's been around for years.I have run a successful wholesaling business for over 10 years.  

there is always a lot of condos (converted hotel/motel rooms available for sale and they rent out very well.  

I'm getting into the hotel investing scene and have a situation.  

Then, consider renting out country club space, hotel space, and share/show how people with money can invest in your deals leveraging their money in a self directed IRA.  

Maybe it will kill the multi-family rental business, or maybe it will create more demand for motels and short-term rentals (as long as the city can collect their hotel tax). 

I always been looking to earn some money in the tourism industry but i cant afford to buy a hotel or something like that.

Most VR guests realize that you're not running a hotel and while their expectations are high, if you're "giving it you're all" they're still likely to give you high ratings even if there is an issue outside of your control.
