That's not crazy or impossible - there are many stories of people who have achieved that.One thing that helps a lot of folks get over their early fears is networking with others who started in a similar position and achieved success.

Which is where delivering food comes in, folks will pay for all sorts of services and today there's some organization that is managing those gigs in your area.In parallel;  start studying, reading, networking in your local REIAs (where the experienced folks hang) on creative deals. 

Go to the planning and zoning office and talk with the folks there.

So for most folks like me.. plug it in when you get home

This forum is a wealth of knowledge with great folks to learn from.I too am a rookie.

Bad credit isn’t necessarily an issue, have funded folks as low as 500, tough situations for some during covid, but doesn’t mean a good investment can’t be had.

They're based in the Boston area and likely know folks located nearby.

@Steven Wilson and @Josiah Hrusch - you folks should hook up with Josiah assigning his contract interest to Steven for at least $1500. 

Funding can be done locally, but finding good, honest, trustworthy, and AVAILABLE folks in a long distance situation is daunting.

We use a few folks for foundation issues, rebuilding walls and ceilings depending on the situation.
