It is my impression that conventional lenders are pulling back on their non-owner occupied loan approvals due to the pandemic and financing is drying up in that arena but I will certainly try all of my options and leave no stone unturned.

I have been buying trustee's sales in Utah for the last 8 years and they have dried up to the point where I have started my research on other western states.  

Keep your home clean and dry, with adequate ventilation and air movement.

I don't see the rental market drying up any time soon.

As Jason mentioned, buying from a bank is pretty cut and dry and the "i"s are dotted, or selling to someone you have worked with before and know.

My realtor told me that a contractor needs to come and cut the lower portion of dry wall and put new dry wall.
