Do you watch the Flipper shows on TV?

My current hang up is that because I work as a producer and TV/Digital host all of my income is 1099.

I charge what a motel would charge, but they get a kitchen, washer & dryer, smart tv, and privacy in their own bedroom. 

I left that out so we could compare apples to apples, but it's still an important advantage you can't account for.

He provided a decent sized loaner TV during the process.

I told him he needed to take a TV vacation.

If a 2-bedroom condo rents for $950, I would have to add utility costs ($150), TV and internet ($150), and then furnish the place ($5,000).

Yes, it looks fancy & shiny like the ones on tv, but the few times I've used them, they are kind of like one of those "camp" showers when you're out in the middle of nowhere - kind of dribbly.

Again, this is simple mathematics: If Johnny apple seller come to market with 5 apples to sell, and 20 people are at market to buy apples with $5.00 each, how much can Johnny sell his apples for?   

Get a second job, cancel wasted unnecessary items like cell phones and cable TV.
