@Sam Leon When looking at a small residential (2-4) MFH, the weighting will typically be to the sales comparison ... at times they won't even bother with the income approach.Once you get into larger multi-units, you are really looking at a business and, like any business, the value is based on the income.

American's are not bathtub people, the bathtub as the center piece of the master bathroom peaked in the late 70's - early 80's and home builders still haven't figured this out yet.
