Basically I'm driving around n writing down address I'm interested in buying and looking at the city website and finding the owner then mailing them basically saying I want to buy their property with my phone number.

So she bought it from him (8/17) for 150k with plans to rehab it but now it's "bad timing" (she said) and want to get rid of it. my question if she isn't welling to go down on price (cuz she just bought it 2 months ago) can i sigh something that well let me go in n rehab it with my contractors and sell it and spilt the profit?
