Anything that has a personal component to it really shouldn’t be put in an LLC at all.

Every once in a while, we get the type that is asking if they can put in a ground-in-place granite slab floor after the tenant leaves a dime-sized stain on their carpet, and pass the entire replacement cost to the old tenant.
