However, on much of the new construction multifamily in our area I'm seeing stackable washer/dryer units and even some of the combination units, where one unit is both the washer and the dryer.We are considering the stackable units because space is at a premium and it would allow about 30" wide of storage that tenants could use.

And I never said I used that garbage paint, you keep referencing it, I have had that stuff banned company wide for years now, we ONLY use Bear and Sherwin Williams as it has 2X the quality and coverage, minimum, than that, which while per gallon it is about 23% more for materials I save on average 40% or more on labor, not only saving on labor costing but increasing efficiency and the volume of work potential per labor.
