With the weather getting a bit better, interest has been picking up.

I would look for stable cash-flow markets that are more resistant to downturns.

In calling the two major title/attorney companies in my region I am getting a lot of resistance (you can't do that, it takes a long time, there is no protection for you as a buyer/seller etc.).
