The one consideration is the risk. 2 free and clear properties is pretty nice and I'm sure the provide cash flow.I would suggest running the numbers and have a plan A B C.Good luck

I found a condo in a B+ area that has reasonable HOA fees and rules (they allow tenants/renting and pets) and the numbers work.I would like to hear from others who have invested in condos for buy and hold, and how that has worked out for you, bad or good.Thank you.Shoshana Shulman
