In that price range, you will likely be looking at 2 or 3 bedroom houses around 1000 square feet.

I’ve heard of people getting rehab loans where you put down %20 of the acquisition price and %20 for the rehab and you get much better terms than an HML.

I started noticing MLS homes in CS have cut prices.

The purchase price is 225K and property was built in 1910 around the Harrisburg, PA area.

Just remember not only do you have to deal with real estate pricing in those countries but their currency against the dollar.

I don't know your market but any tri-plex in my market would be 3X that price.
