But immediately there is a monthly payment due on a loan which is assumed upon purchase for the actual Apartment Building, which is merged with other expenses for the apartment; water, garbage, television and internet(upgradeable naturally) building insurance, janitor services, snow removal, and overall grounds upkeep, and other maintenance.

Grapevines destroyed, roses dead, broken glass in the windows, a wall knocked out of a metal shed.There was no sign of life, the extra family living in a travel trailer is gone, and there was a large flatbed trailer in the drive filled with ruined carpet, broken furniture, and garbage.

The building is a MF but each unit is broken out into individual parcels.Can I get a conventional loan to purchase all four parcels at once, or will I have to get individual loans on each unit?
