Instead of fretting or getting angry/frustrated, be motivated and smile when you find that new occupant who will be the fresh start you are looking for!

Most of the walls were freshly painted, I have never noticed any marks or holes on the walls, let alone "LOTS OF" them. 

But having just completed income tax returns in the past month the real world expenses are fresh on my mind.Second, I would study the rental market in that specific neighborhood.

I have found them to be very responsible.B would be a no for me, because freshly divorced people never stay long.  

It's still pretty fresh however.

I also learned not to rent to freshly divorced people.  

I'd rather have a freshly dismissed Chapter 7 than a judgment any day.
