I just posted about a student that paid $5400 for a class on "wholesaling" that taught BAD info. 

And why can't we see the numbers on the reality of what some of these silly theologians keep professing would be better?

I've tightened my game since the last time I rented to students, and I'm not sure how to go on this.

Then I moved to a 6 br house owned by a 23 year old man who lived there and rented to 6 or 7 college/grad students.
