Hi @Shatrice Cherry, I'm based in Southern California, but I have started my out-of-state real estate journey in Indianapolis.

Initially we had intended on starting our real estate journey through multi-family house hacking, but this opportunity popped up first and it was hard to ignore.

That's why a lot of new wholesalers struggle when they first start.

There has been a slight uptick in the homeless population since the pandemic started, but they are usually pretty harmless. 

I’m currently in Nigeria Africa, and seriously thinking about moving to the States to start a career as a real estate entrepreneur. 

I started small and grew it over time.
