As for my Smokies properties I am experience something different than others and I will wait till May closes out and I have solid, unchanging and complete numbers (Gross, ADR, Occupancy %) to report what I am seeing versus previous years.

If you are sharing your personal space, you have the right to reject people of different races, religions, sex, people with children, etc.

Development is definitely its own animal, so make sure you have a solid grasp on the financial side of the process.
